In this gentle nurturing course, we provide a space for mums to explore their new identity, while also covering emotive topics such as sleep, weaning, behaviour and mood.


The journey of new motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating and marked by a sense of loss, grief for the ‘old you’, unexpected rage, exhaustion, relationship challenges and more.

This new course, coming mid-2022, will create a nourishing and nurturing space for mums to talk about how they feel, explore their mental health journey and their path to motherhood, featuring visiting guests who are experts in sleep, feeding, behaviour, mental wellbeing and self-love.
